How long until I receive my tax Refund?

Once we have all the required information and your tax return has been lodged to the ATO, it can take up to 14 business days from date of lodgement to arrive at the nominated bank account. 

If you have requested authority to deduct our fee from your refund, the ATO will make the initial refund into our Trust Account. We then deduct the fee and transfer the remainder to your nominated account. ​


Can I get my tax done without coming in for an appointment?

Absolutely.  We offer a standard Tax service where our tax team will complete your tax return back of house. It will then be lodged to the ATO within 3 business days or receiving all required information. You can drop your tax documents into our office, send them through email or post or you can fill in our online form and upload supporting information here.


What documents do I need/ what can I claim on tax?

Can I see the Accountant and Financial Planner at the same time?

If you are unsure of who you need to see first, it's best to book a 15 minute phone chat with Bronwyn to determine what's most appropriate for you. You can book online via this link, or call the office on 02 6056 1929 to book. 


Can I still drop my tax documents in without making an appointment if I am a new client? 

Yes, however as you are a new client please ensure you provide your TFN, DOB, address, phone number and bank details.


Can I remain a client if I move away from Albury/Wodonga? (or don't live close by)

Yes, we can have any discussions required via phone, email or skype and then send any correspondence via email or post. You can also submit all your details via our online tax return form
