Our F2A program is the multi vitamin you require to get the things you are lacking with your personal finances.

It enables the use of technology to track your spending, determine where your money is going each week and provide us with awesome reporting on how you are tracking towards your goals.

We will also provide you with advice on how to set up your bank accounts in the best way to suit your circumstances.

You will be able to login to your personlised cash flow program on your computer, phone or tablet anywhere anytime (as long as you have internet access).

So how does F2A work?

Our F2A program is designed to first find out what it is you want to achieve and then work with you to help you achieve those things. 

The program includes access to the personal version of Xero Accounting Software. This forms the foundation for us to see where you are spending your money, your ability to save and making sure your cash flow is working for you (not against you!)

We spend the time with you initially so you can get the most out of the program. We then catch up or check in with you regularly ​to make sure you are on track to meeting the goals you have set. 

1st Meeting

This is where we get to know all about you!

This involves determining what’s most important to you now and for the future.

We will then set out your financial goals which includes the things you want to achieve.

We will also give you a demonstration of how the F2A program works and what's involved to get you up and running as soon as possible.

If you want to go ahead, we will then provide you with the terms of engagement for you to sign allowing us to then get your cash flow program ready for the next meeting with us.

2nd Meeting (one to two weeks later)

Now we know what you want to achieve, we will go through the whole program with you and give you guidance on how to get the most out of F2A.

Your personal information will now be live in the cash flow program, and we will go through with you in detail how to drive it, so you leave confident in using the program on your own.

Over the next 2 ½ months we will stay in touch with you on a weekly basis to make sure you are tracking ok, not getting lost and making sure you are feeling confident.

3 Month Review Meeting

We will sit down with you and assess your spending's over the last 3 months. This will then be the substance required to set up a tailored spending and savings plan that’s perfectly aligned to meet your goals and lifestyle.

We take the time to create a budget that works with what's most important to you. We make sure you can still live and not feel too restricted. 

We will assess your bank accounts and make recommendations around the most appropriate way to structure these to suit and benefit you.

Ongoing Check-in

We then move to the ongoing check-in phase. We will remain in contact with you on a regular basis to make sure everything is running smoothly. This allows you to ask any questions that you may have, whilst also having someone making sure you are still on track.

Reports will be provided to you every 3 months to give you an idea of how you are tracking towards your goals.

​After 12 months we re-assess your goals and overall situation.

What does it cost?

Your investment in the initial meeting is $165 (including GST). This is paid on the day of the appointment. 

The ongoing cost is $25 per week (including GST). This is paid via direct debit on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis from your bank account or credit card.

This includes the software subscription plus all the support and guidance ​you will need to achieve your goals.

This fee also includes the lodgement of one standard* tax return each financial year.
